The Artistocrat development will go up in Rose Bay.

EASTERN suburbs enclave Rose Bay is set to get an injection of new life with a $75 million luxury apartment development.

The Aristocrat of Rose Bay will stand four storeys high and comprise 27 apartments plus a selection of retailers and cafes on the ground floor.

It will be built at the corner of Dover and Old South Head roads in the heart of the suburb.

Residents will have private access to a sauna, gym, spa and cabanas which will sit beside a 18m lap pool.

The four-storey building will have sleek and stylish interiors.

The project is being developed by Luxcon Group, which have included a unique design.

“We like to call the look a fusion of modern and art deco styles,” managing director Ilya Melnikoff said.

“A lot of our inspiration has been taken from New York City and Europe … we expect the building will appeal to buyers moving from larger homes that have opulent finishes.”
