"Coastal projects launched

Two big coastal projects were launched at Neil Perry's Double Bay restaurant, Margaret, last week, by Highland Property CEO David Highland.

The Coastal Collection by developers Luxcon includes Escape on the Surfers Paradise beachfront and Bohemian in the heart of Byron Bay. Escape will deliver 28 full-floor and dual-level penthouse style residences. Bohemian will offer 44 two- and three-bedroom apartments above a shopping and food plaza. Prices will start at $2.2m.

Award-winning PBD Architects has been engaged to design the collection.
